Huginn Advisory Group LLC
By accessing or using the Huginn platform at app.huginnhunt.com or huginnhunt.com you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms do not use Huginn.
Huginn is operated by Huginn Advisory Group LLC, an Illinois limited liability company. References to "Huginn," "we," "us," or "our" refer to Huginn Advisory Group LLC.
You must be at least 18 years old to create a Huginn account. By using Huginn you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.
During the beta period, access to Huginn requires a valid invite code. Invite codes are non-transferable and may only be used by the person they were issued to.

You must notify us immediately at hello@huginnhunt.com if you believe your account has been compromised. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or misuse the platform.
Huginn is currently in invite-only beta. During the beta period:

You agree to use Huginn only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms without notice.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to Huginn including trail camera photos, sighting data, property information, and notes. By uploading content to Huginn you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating the platform and delivering features to you.
We do not claim ownership of your hunting data. We do not sell your content to third parties.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content you add to Huginn. Do not upload photos or data from properties you do not own or have explicit permission to access.
Huginn uses artificial intelligence to provide buck identification suggestions, hunt recommendations, pattern analysis, and property intelligence. You acknowledge that:
Huginn's AI features are tools to support your decision-making, not replace it. Always follow applicable hunting laws and regulations regardless of what the platform recommends.
Huginn is a data and intelligence platform. We do not provide legal advice about hunting regulations. You are solely responsible for:
Huginn assumes no liability for violations of hunting laws or regulations by users of the platform.
During the beta period Huginn is available at no cost to invited users. When paid tiers are introduced:
Free tier features and limitations will be clearly defined when paid tiers launch.
Huginn and its original content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to the Huginn name, raven logo, brand assets, software, and AI systems — are owned by Huginn Advisory Group LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not use our name, logo, or brand assets without written permission. You may not represent that you are affiliated with or endorsed by Huginn without written permission.
The Huginn name and raven logo are pending trademark registration with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Huginn integrates with third party services including Supabase, Anthropic, Mapbox, Vercel, and Resend. Your use of these services through Huginn is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third party services.
HUGINN IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HUGINN ADVISORY GROUP LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HUGINN ADVISORY GROUP LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE HUGINN, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR PERSONAL INJURY.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF HUGINN SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability — in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Huginn Advisory Group LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses — including reasonable attorney's fees — arising from your use of Huginn, your content, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of Huginn shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We encourage you to contact us at hello@huginnhunt.com before initiating any legal action — most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
We may update these Terms of Service as the platform evolves. When we make material changes we will notify registered users by email and update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of Huginn after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
If you do not agree to updated terms you must stop using Huginn and may request account deletion at hello@huginnhunt.com.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Huginn at any time for violation of these terms, abusive behavior, or any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting hello@huginnhunt.com.
Upon termination your right to use Huginn ceases immediately. Sections 6, 10, 12, 13, 14, and 15 survive termination.
These Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Huginn Advisory Group LLC regarding your use of the platform and supersede any prior agreements.
